Please read these terms carefully. By submitting an application, enrolling, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the policies below. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.

1. Admissions & Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission or a place in a class. Admission is confirmed only once your admission fee has cleared and, where applicable, your supporting documents have been verified. We may decline or withdraw an application where information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

2. Fees & Payments

An admission fee of R150.00 is payable when you apply. Course fees may be paid in full, as a deposit, or in instalments where offered. Access to course material, classes, and certification is subject to fees being paid and up to date. Instalment arrangements must be honoured on their due dates; access may be paused until an overdue balance is settled.

3. No-Refund Policy

All fees paid — including application, admission, course, kit, and graduation fees — are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, whether or not you begin, attend, or complete the course. This applies to payments made by card, EFT, or any other method. By paying, you acknowledge that you understand and accept that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including withdrawal, non-attendance, or a change of mind.

4. Graduation Fee

A graduation fee of R1,500.00 applies to all courses and is payable before graduation. This fee covers certification, graduation administration, and related costs. Like all other fees, the graduation fee is non-refundable.

5. Attendance, Conduct & Kits

Students are expected to attend classes punctually, follow health and safety guidelines, and conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward staff and fellow students. Where a professional kit or study materials are required, the student is responsible for obtaining them. The school may suspend or dismiss a student for serious or repeated misconduct, without refund.

6. Certification

Certificates are issued only to students who have met all attendance and assessment requirements and whose fees, including the graduation fee, are fully settled. Accreditation, where stated, is held with the relevant body for the specific course and does not extend to unaccredited courses.

7. Scheduling & Changes

Class dates, campuses, intakes, and instructors may change due to demand, capacity, or circumstances beyond our control. Where an intake is cancelled by the school, you may be offered a place in an alternative intake. We will give reasonable notice of any material changes.

8. Privacy & Your Personal Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect your personal details, contact information, ID/passport number, and supporting documents solely to process your application, administer your studies and payments, issue certification, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties necessary to deliver our services (for example, our payment providers) or where required by law. Your documents are stored securely and retained only as long as needed for administrative, legal, and accreditation purposes. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting us.

9. Communications

By applying, you agree that we may contact you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, and in-app notifications about your application, account, payments, and classes. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time; essential account and payment messages will still be sent.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by the school remain our intellectual property and are for your personal study only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Policies from time to time. The version in force at the time of your application or payment applies to that transaction. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
